Voici une analyse du site Realtor.com sur leurs prévisions de croissance de l’immobilier résidentiels en 2021 aux USA.
Realtor.com explique bien des choses pour arriver à faire une prédiction 2021 : Ce sera un marché de vendeur (c’est à dire plus d’acheteurs que de maisons disponibles).
« Les vendeurs seront en bonne position en 2021. Les prix des maisons atteindront de nouveaux sommets, même si le rythme de la croissance ralentit. Les acheteurs resteront nombreux et les taux hypothécaires bas maintiendront un pouvoir d’achat sain, mais les coûts mensuels des prêts hypothécaires augmenteront à mesure que les taux hypothécaires se stabilisent et que les prix des maisons continuent d’augmenter. Les vendeurs qui espèrent voir de nouveaux gains de prix à deux chiffres seront probablement déçus, mais ceux qui établissent des attentes raisonnables peuvent s’attendre à voir une vente opportune et voudront se concentrer sur leur prochain mouvement. »
